Programs for Adults

All services are delivered through individual virtual sessions focused on real-time skill building. Clients actively learn and practice strategies during sessions, with the level of support determined by individual need.

Across all programs, clients receive:

All programs support the same core executive functioning skills. The difference is the level of structure, intensity, and ongoing support provided.

Clients may move between programs as their needs change.
