Who We Support
At Learning with a Smile, we support students and adults with executive function challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning differences, anxiety, and those who benefit from individualized support without a formal diagnosis. Through one-on-one online coaching, we teach practical strategies for organization, time management, focus, and follow-through. We tailor tools to each individual’s goals and mindset, helping clients build confidence, work more effectively, and thrive. Grounded in compassion and collaboration, our approach supports lasting, practical change across school, work, and daily life.
Support Tailored for Every Stage

Middle school brings growing academic demands, increased independence, and more responsibility before students always have the skills to manage it. Coaching helps students build foundational executive function skills while learning to stay organized, manage responsibilities, and advocate for themselves with greater confidence and independence.
High school students juggle increasing academic pressure, extracurricular activities, social demands, and future planning. Coaching helps teens strengthen executive function skills, stay organized, manage competing responsibilities, and develop the independence and self-advocacy needed for success.

College offers greater freedom and flexibility, but often with less structure and support. Coaching helps students manage time, prioritize responsibilities, navigate academic and social demands, and build the self-management skills needed to succeed independently.
Executive function challenges can continue into adulthood, affecting work, home, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Coaching helps adults create personalized systems for organization, time management, follow-through, and balance while building sustainable strategies for long-term success.
